About Our Farm

Schef’s Farms is a small-batch, family-run farm in Wittmann, Arizona, dedicated to growing nutrient-dense microgreens and wellness foods without shortcuts. Every tray is hand-seeded and harvested to order - no sprays, no guesswork, no waste. We believe real food should be alive, clean, and grown with care you can taste. From our farm to your table, we’re here to help you eat fresh, feel better, and reconnect with the power of living nutrition.

At Shef’s Farms, we grow more than food. We grow trust. Every tray of microgreens and every carton of eggs is handled with care, picked fresh, and delivered with intention. Our microgreens are vibrant and full of life. Our pasture-raised eggs are corn and soy free, and they come from hens that live the way nature intended.

We started this farm because we were tired of lifeless greens and labels we couldn’t believe. So we built something better. No chemicals. No shortcuts. No guesswork.

It All Started With Our Dad and a Tractor


Before there was a farm, there was a man with a vision. Our dad believed in growing honest food, working with his hands, and doing things the right way. His passion planted the seed. Every tray we grow carries that legacy forward.

He believed in doing things the right way. Not the fast way. He taught us to work hard, live with purpose, and care for the land like it's part of the family. We carry his spirit in every tray we harvest.
